A state police investigator filed a criminal complaint Tuesday in a town court in Lewisboro, New York charging The Jinx subject with second-degree murder in the death of Kathie Durst, who vanished in 1982. He had not been previously charged in Kathie Durst’s disappearance. Durst, who was recently sentenced in California to life in prison for killing friend Susan Berman, has been hospitalized on a ventilator in Los Angeles after testing positive for COVID-19.
