Publisher drops Linda Fairstein amid When They See Us fallout

The prosecutor in the Central Park jogger case, who was forced to resign from multiple charity boards earlier this week over the negative publicity of Ava DuVernay's Netflix series, has lost her book deal. Fairstein had become a bestelling crime novelist after leaving the New York District Attorney's office. Her most recent book was released in March.
