President Trump plans to participate in the Oct. 15 presidential debate, despite coronavirus diagnosis

Trump campaign communications director Tim Murtagh told CNN the president plans to participate in the second debate next week. Trump is supposed to be in quarantine for 14 days after his coronavirus diagnosis, which came just under 14 days before the Oct. 15 scheduled debate. ALSO: A virtual debate is still on the table for Oct. 15.
