Phoebe Waller-Bridge dominates the TCA Awards

The Fleabag creator and star took home three awards Saturday night, including the biggest prize of the evening, Program of the Year. Other winners included Michelle Williams for Fosse/Verdon, Better Call Saul for Outstanding Achievement in Drama, Queer Eye for reality TV program and Chernobyl for Outstanding Achievement in Movie Or Miniseries. ALSO: Deadwood and NYPD Blue's David Milch made a rare public appearance to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award.
