Mad Men alum Gladis has signed on as a series regular, playing a city councilman on the Showtime "spiritual descendant" to Penny Dreadful. Peck will serve as a guest-star, while Rodriguez, Thomas Kretschmann, Lorenza Izzo and Shadowhunters vet Dominic Sherwood will appear in recurring roles.
