Paul McCartney and Rick Rubin are teaming on a docuseries on the career of the former Beatle

The iconic singer and musician is teaming with the legendary music producer on a six-part docuseries about McCartney's life, from his pre-Beatles days to the present. Frank Marshall, who has won raves directing the recent HBO documentary The Bee Gees: How Can You Mend a Broken Heart, will serve as an executive producer. The untitled docuseries will also feature original Beatles masters that have never left Abbey Road. McCartney teased the collaboration in a trailer posted to Twitter.
