Newly released Crypto Island podcast is already planning scripted and unscripted adaptations

On Monday, Reply All podcast co-founder P.J. Vogt secretly dropped his new Crypto Island podcast, a limited series with the following description: "A video of a mysterious tropical island populated entirely by Bitcoin dynasts and Dogecoin princelings sends a reporter on a new journey." Now Vogt and his team are ready to expand it as a scripted series titled Welcome to Crypto Island, as well as a documentary. "Ostensibly, Welcome To Crypto Island explores the world of cryptocurrency (listen to the first episode below)," according to Deadline, "but it’s really about the weird human stories behind the world of bitcoin and blockchain."
