Netflix plans to make all eight of Shonda Rhimes' initial group of TV shows

Rhimes recently unveiled to The New York Times the first eight TV projects she's working on at Netflix. “We expect to make that slate,” Netflix vice president of original content Cindy Holland, indicating all eight of those TV projects will be made. Holland wouldn't go into detail about Ryan Murphy's Netflix deal since it just began earlier this month. She also wouldn't say anything about reports that Black-ish creator Kenya Barris was headed to Netflix.
