NBC Universal responds to lawsuit accusing Horatio Sanz of sexually assaulting a teen while at SNL, says it's not liable for what happens "after hours"

In court papers, NBC Universal responded to the anonymous woman's lawsuit alleging that Sanz groomed her when she was underage and he was a star on Saturday Night Live, saying it is not responsible for an employee's actions “after hours” when he “was not performing his job." NBC Universal also stated there is no evidence that the accuser told anyone at NBC about Sanz's alleged behavior.
