Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dina Manzo's ex-husband, Thomas Manzo, allegedly hired reputed Lucchese crime family member John Perna to have her then-boyfriend and now-husband Dave Cantin beaten up in 2015 with a slapjack -- a small club weighed down at one end and designed to inflict severe pain but not necessarily life-threatening injuries. On Wednesday, Perna pleaded guilty to his role in the alleged plot. Thomas Manzo, meanwhile, is scheduled to stand trial for his role in the plot in April.
