Megyn Kelly stirs controversy by defending white people dressing in blackface for Halloween

On Megyn Kelly Today this morning, Kelly brought up the backlash to Real Housewives of New York star Countess Luann de Lesseps, who apologized for wearing blackface while dressed as Diana Ross for Halloween last year. “But what is racist?” Kelly asked her panel, which featured no black guests. “You truly do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface at Halloween or a black person who puts on white face. That was okay when I was a kid, as long as you were dressing like a character."
