Mark-Paul Gosselaar says his and Tiffani Thiessen's involvement in the Saved by the Bell reboot was put on hold due to the coronavirus shutdown

The former co-stars had just begun prep on the Peacock reboot when the show, which began production in January, was shut down last month. Bug Gosselaar says he was impressed with the trailer Peacock released on Wednesday. "I hadn’t been on set, everything for us has just been prep, but watching the trailer and seeing how it's shot, I think it's very smart," he tells ET. "It looks amazing and the content is great."
