Margaret Atwood won’t attend the Golden Globes due to “family and health reasons”

The Handmaid’s Tale author, who was planning on attending because the Hulu series based on her novel is up for three Golden Globes, explained that "I had to cancel, as my family was protesting and I could not manage to drag myself onto a plane, depleted as I am after this autumn's non-stop activities.”
