Last Week Tonight pays tribute to Rip Taylor

John Oliver's HBO show today posted a 2015 segment in tribute to Taylor, who died Sunday at age 84. In the segment, the flamboyant comedian who made more than 2,000 TV appearances offers to be Thailand's "substitute Hitler." The Last Week Tonight cameo was one of the last of Taylor's more than 2,000 TV appearances.
