Hulu releases the trailer for Ryan Coogler-produced Hulu documentary Homeroom

The documentary from Oakland native Coogler and director Peter Nicks follows students at Oakland High School as they deal with the pandemic and efforts to eliminiate the school district’s police force Homeroom is the final chapter in a trilogy of films examining the relationship between health care, criminal justice, and education in Oakland, CA over the past decade. Homeroom premieres Aug. 12.
