The Lost alum plays the brother of Niecy Nash's character, who takes care of him on the TNT series. "I thought that was really sweet," says Perrineau. "I have a cousin who raised her brother from the time that they were kids until he passed in his 40s. I’ve just never seen that before on television; I’ve seen it in life. That kind of loving someone like that, that really appealed to me.”
