HBO wins copyright infringement case against graffiti artist whose work appeared briefly on Vinyl

Graffiti artist Itoffee R. Gayle said HBO should've contacted him over a brief scene of a woman walking past a dumpster with his graffiti on it. But the court noted that Gayle didn't have a case because his graffiti appeared in the background for no longer than two to three seconds.
