The Fox News streaming service star is taking a step closer to filing a sexual harassment lawsuit, according to TMZ. In a complaint filed with New York State's Division of Human Rights, McHenry detailed Tyrus' alleged sexual harassment that led to his ouster from their show Un-PC.
