Fourth Democratic presidential debate is expected to feature 12 candidates on one stage for one night

The Democratic National Committee has decided to break from its past precedent of limiting the debate stage to 10 participants for the Oct. 15 debate, which airs on CNN. The fourth debate will feature everybody from the third debate, plus recent qualifiers Tulsi Gabbard and Tom Steyer. The qualifying window doesn't end until Tuesday, but no other candidate is anywhere near making the polling and fundraising thresholds.
