Mitchell, who made headlines last year after he was fired from the Showtime series for alleged misconduct, was taken into custody Wednesday in Mississippi on four felony charges: possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (marijuana), two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon (Glock19 and a Mini Draco) and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (ecstasy). He was later released on a $150,000 bond.
