Former Real World stars Sean Duffy and Rachel Campos-Duffy welcome their 9th child

Their baby daughter, Valentina StellaMaris Duffy, was born with a heart defect that will require surgery in three to four months. Duffy stepped down from Congress two weeks ago to help care for his newborn daughter, who needed extra attention. The couple's eight other children range in age from 3 to 20.
