Former Home Improvement star Zachery Ty Bryan arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his girlfriend

Bryan, 39, who played the oldest son of Tim Allen's Tim "The Toolman" Taylor on the 1990s ABC hit sitcom, was taken into custody late Friday night in Eugene, Oregon after his girlfriend alleged that he tried to strangle her and took her phone away when she tried to call 911. Bryan was charged with three offenses, including fourth-degree assault and interfering with making a police report.
