Equal Employment Opportunity Commission dismissed a former 60 Minutes producer’s sexual harassment complaint

In a case that has nothing to do with Charlie Rose, a former producer accused her CBS News supervisors of sexual harassment, ethics violations and retaliation in a complaint filed in August 2016. After the EEOC dismissed her case, the unidentified producer had 90 days to file a lawsuit. CBS says it was never sued and never settled with the woman.
