Dwyane Wade says he and wife Gabrielle Union reached out to the cast of Pose to learn about gender identity pronouns

The former NBA star, who's been speaking recently about his 12-year-old transgender daughter Zaya, said on Watch What Happens Live that he and Union reached out to the FX series stars. “The lesson that my wife and I learned, first of all, is we got information…we reached about pronouns. We wanted to make sure we didn’t get it wrong,” he said. “We wanted to make sure we got all the pronouns right…we are learning in this process as well.”
