Drew Carey fans flock to his Instagram after his ex-fiancée Amie Harwick was killed

Harwick, a well-known sex and family therapist, died early Saturday morning after an ex-boyfriend whom she once had a restraining against allegedly attacked her, resulting in her falling from her third-floor balcony in the Hollywood Hills. Carey and Harwick were engaged from January to November 2018. Carey's last Instagram post is from August 2018, when they were engaged. Yet fans poured into the post's comments to express their sympathies. "This sucks," one commenter wrote. "I hope you will be okay. Take your time and grieve, and don’t blame yourself. Much love Drew, you’re one of my longest heroes."
