David Lynch pays tribute to Harry Dean Stanton: “There went a great one”

Stanton, who was just on Twin Peaks and who made a scary impression as the Big Love patriarch, died today at age 91 just weeks after appearing on Lynch’s Showtime revival. “There’s nobody like Harry Dean,” Lynch wrote in his tribute. "Everyone loved him. And with good reason. He was a great actor (actually beyond great) — and a great human being — so great to be around him!!! You are going to be missed Harry Dean!!!!
