Cher urges Rachel Maddow to go "au naturel": "Make-up doesn't suit her"

Maddow returned to her MSNBC show Thursday night after two weeks of quarantine not only revealing her partner Susan's battle with coronavirus, but also explaining why she looked different broadcasting from home. Maddow, who didn't have the benefit of her studio makeup artist, admitted she wasn't good at putting on makeup since she goes makeup-free in her personal life. To which Cher responded that she actually prefers Maddow without makeup, or "au naturel." "Make-up doesn’t suit her," tweeted Cher while watching Maddow's Friday show. "Maybe the lightest touch of. Base to tone down (only some). Of her red bits.Rachel… Babe..I Know Make-up.. ITS NOT YOU." Cher ended her tweet with a prayer emoji for Susan.
