Cheer's Jerry Harris denies sexual misconduct allegation as two teens sue, accusing him for sex abuse

“We categorically dispute the claims made against Jerry Harris, which are alleged to have occurred when he was a teenager,” a spokesperson for Harris said in a statement after USA Today reported that the FBI searched the Cheer star's home in Naperville, Illinois on Monday. “We are confident that when the investigation is completed the true facts will be revealed.” Meanwhile, TMZ reports that two minor twin brothers who are part of the cheerleading community in Fort Worth, Texas have filed a lawsuit, alleging that Harris sexually harassed them after befriending them on social media and soliciting "booty pics" from them. The lawsuit alleges that Harris was over 18 at the time while the boys were 13 to 14 years old.
