CBS orders two pilots, including one written by Sarah Cooper

Cooper’s untitled single-camera comedy inspired by her book, How to be Successful Without Hurting Men’s Feelings, has received a pilot order. The potential series, which Cooper will co-write with Cindy Chupack, follows three women at different stages in their careers at a male-dominated company who help each other navigate modern gender politics in their professional and personal lives. CBS also ordered a pilot for former Man with a Plan executive producer Mark Gross' untitled comedy based on the true story of professional bowler Tom Smallwood, about a factory worker who pursues professional bowling full-time to provide for his family after he's laid off.
