The very controversial and groundbreaking reality show that put 40 children, ages 8 to 15, alone in a town without adult supervision lasted three months. A decade later, executive producer Tom Forman still thinks the show was a good idea, though he would’ve changed its execution. “Every couple of years I pick up the phone and lob in a call to CBS and see if we should do it again,” he says.
