Bar Rescue host Jon Taffer apologizes for comparing restaurant workers to "hungry" military dogs while on Fox News

Taffer agreed with Lauran Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle Thursday night after she said that unemployment benefits should be cut to combat the "labor shortage." "What if we just cut off the unemployment? Hunger is a pretty powerful thing," said Ingraham. Taffer said in response: "They only feed a military dog at night, because a hungry dog is an obedient dog. Well, if we are not causing people to be hungry to work..."  Following backlash, Taffer apologized on Facebook Friday, writing: "Regarding an interview I did yesterday, I want to sincerely apologize for using a terrible analogy in reference to the unemployment situation. That was not my intention and I greatly regret it."
