ABC passes on Once Upon a Time creators' Epic Disney drama pilot

Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis' potential return to ABC, starring Brittany O'Grady, Sarah Hyland and Eleanor Fanyinka, has been scrapped. "Sources say the pilot didn’t come in strong despite execs being excited about the script," reports The Hollywood Reporter's Lesley Goldberg. "The pilot was filmed in Ireland, and, because of the pandemic, Kitsis and Horowitz were unable to go on location for the shoot." Horowitz and Grady are still working on Disney+'s Beauty and the Beast prequel series.
