ABC News lands Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' first joint interview

World News Tonight's David Muir and Good Morning America's Robin Roberts will conduct separate interviews of the Democratic presidential ticket. The ABC News exclusive is noteworthy because the Democratic presidential and vice presidential nominees have traditionally picked CBS News' 60 Minutes for their first joint interview. But as Deadline's Ted Johnson notes, "ABC is giving the candidates more time and exposure: not just the primetime special but a segment on World News Tonight on Friday and on other network shows."
