A Steven Yeun-Ali Wong dramedy series is in the works

Yeun, the former The Walking Dead star and Oscar nominee for Minari, is set to star with comedian Wong in a 10-episode series that is being shopped around from A24. Lee Sung Jin, a veteran producer on Tuca & Bertie (where he worked with Wong), Silicon Valley, Girlboss and 2 Broke Girls, created the potential series that has a premise that is being kept under wraps. Each of the 10 episodes will run for half an hour. The potential series will mark the first TV show for Yeun since his Glenn Rhee character was killed off on The Walking Dead. Wong’s TV work includes the ABC sitcom American Housewife and Black Box and writing for Fresh Off the Boat.
