Jack worries she’s still angry about the Joss-Vaughn situation, but Carly says she’s just uncertain if she can be with someone who hides things from her about her loved ones.
Jack insists she means more to him than anyone ever has. Carly presses him on why he lied about Joss being in danger. Jack denies it, saying there was never a threat.
Carly makes him promise that if Joss is ever at risk, he’ll tell her. He agrees, and they kiss, but after he leaves, Carly’s expression turns cold and angry.
At the courthouse, Marco updates Nathan that Molly Lansing-Davis will take over the arraignment. Martin meets with Marco to coordinate strategy before court begins.
