Keeping up With the Kardashians Offers Viewers a Return to "Normalcy"

    Though the TV landscape continues to shift in the wake of curent events, iit's reassuring to see it's still business as usual in some corners of the entertainment world. Exhibit A: Keeping up With the Kardashians returns tonight for Season 18, and following a short break from taping, Kourtney has rejoined the family in front of the cameras. Also today: HBO exposes the weaknesses in our election systems, the second season of A Million Little Things comes to a close, and Star Trek: Picard drops its season finale. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    SEASON PREMIERE: Kim gets too chummy with Khloe's ex on the season premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Meanwhile, Kylie is hawking her cosmetics line in Paris. Later, Kim and Khloe have a physical altercation. Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on E!
