Come fall, ABC's schedule won't look all that different from this past year, but comedies won't be front and center anymore as the network has reduced its comedy slate to one night only. As a result, Black-ish and Mixed-ish are benched til midseason while The Conners moves to Wednesday nights, succeeding Modern Family's in its 9pm timeslot. The only new drama ordered, David E. Kelley's PI show Big Sky, inherits the Tuesday 10pm death slot, but with The Bachelorette as its lead-in (since its usual summer outing was pushed due to the pandemic). Other than that, it's pretty much business as usual with Thursday staying put and most of the network's other shows keeping their slots, from The Good Doctor to The Rookie and the sophomore season of Stumptown.
