The Simpsons’ classic “Mr. Plow" episode turns 25: Conan O’Brien, Phil Hartman’s daughter look back

Airing on Nov. 19, 1992, “Mr. Plow” is regarded as one of the best in the animated series’ history.  “I remember all of us thinking immediately, ‘This is a terrific episode,’” says O’Brien. Birgen Hartman, who was 6 years old when she lost her father, says: “It's great that people still love and remember my dad's characters on The Simpsons. Even after 20-plus years, I still see people quoting Lionel Hutz or sharing Troy McClure memes.”
