Netflix and Warner Bros. are the targets of the lawsuit over the new Sabrina series, with The Satanic Temple alleging misappropriation of its statue of Baphomet, confusion of origin, and injury of reputation over a sculpture designed to be "a central part of its efforts to promote First Amendment values."
