Rose Byrne is set to star in Apple's 1980s aerobics dramedy Physical

Apple TV+ is nearing a deal on Physical, which would be Byrne's first regular series role since breaking out on FX's Damages. Almost Family creator Annie Weisman is behind Physical, "set in a 1980s Southern California beach community," per Deadline. "It follows a woman (Byrne) struggling in her life as a quietly tortured housewife who finds an unconventional path to power through an unlikely source: the world of aerobics."
