President Trump to skip the "boring" White House Correspondents' Dinner for the third time

It was assumed that Trump would finally attend since there wouldn't be a comedian roasting him -- instead, historian Ron Chernow will deliver the keynote speech. But the president told reporters this morning he won't be attending. “I’m going to hold a rally,” Trump said during an impromptu press conference outside the White House. “The dinner is so boring and so negative, that we’re going to hold a very positive rally.” ALSO: 2017 WHCD host Michelle Wolf says Trump not attending is "for the best, probably...I think he doesn’t have a big enough spine to attend."
