The 28-year-old "Pilot Pete" reportedly required surgery Monday after falling on a golf course in Costa Rica and hitting his face on two cocktail glasses that he was carrying before taping of the show began. "He got a cut on his head," host Chris Harrison said in the statement. "He did get stitches but he's 100% OK and production is already back underway." Harrison added: "He's still the dashing, handsome pilot we've all dreamed of."
