Peacock picks up YA mystery series One of Us is Lying from Elite's co-creator

The streaming service has given an eight-episode order to an adaptation of Karen M. McManus’ novel of the same name. One of Us Is Lying marks Peacock's first pilot pickup. According to Deadline, "One Of Us Is Lying is the story of what happens when five high schoolers walk into detention and only four make it out alive. Everyone is a suspect, and everyone has something to hide." Instinct writer Erica Saleh wrote the pilot, while Elite co-creator Darío Madrona will serve as showrunner.
