Paramount Network orders Afghanistan U.S. Army medics dramedy

68 Whiskey is based on the Israeli series of the same name. Described as "M*A*S*H-esque," 68 Whiskey revolves around the men and women medics on a U.S. Army base in Afghanistan known as "The Orphanage." It'll follow the medics as they "endure a dangerous and Kafkaesque world that leads to self-destructive appetites, outrageous behavior, intense camaraderie and occasionally, a profound sense of purpose."
