Obi-Wan Kenobi's premiere delayed by two days, pitting it against Stranger Things 4's launch

Star Wars released a video today of Ewan McGregor announcing that not only would the premiere move to May 27, the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend, but Disney+ will drop two episodes on its premiere date. Obi-Wan Kenobi's premiere date was originally scheduled for Wednesday, May 25, the 45th anniversary of the release of Star Wars. Now, Obi-Wan Kenobi's premiere will go head to head against the premiere of Stranger Things, which will drop its first volume of Season 4 on May 27 and its second volume six weeks later on July 1.
