Netflix brings back Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky's sitcom Servant of the People

Political comedy Servant of the People ran from 2015 to 2019, ending with Zelensky's election as president after naming his political party after the series. Netflix had featured Servant of the People in its library from 2017 to 2021. But in wake of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Servant of the People was unavailable to U.S. viewers. “You asked and it’s back!" Netflix tweeted this morning. "Servant of the People is once again available on Netflix in The US. The 2015 satirical comedy series stars Volodymyr Zelenskyy playing a teacher who unexpectedly becomes President after a video of him complaining about corruption suddenly goes viral."
