Maria Bamford says she feels "ashamed" for working with Louis CK

Bamford, whose new comedy special premiered this week, was CK's opener the summer before his career came crashing down in sexual misconduct controversy in November 2017. "It was great fun. I love to make money,” she told The Last Laugh podcast “And he is a great performer. And I had heard of those allegations, but I couldn’t find anyone who said this is what happened, so I thought they were rumors. Now, of course, I go, even if there’s rumors, just don’t do it. Or inquire, get in there. I feel ashamed that I didn’t look into it out of, I think, greed.”
