Kevin Nealon's Hiking with Kevin YouTube series is set to become a scripted TBS comedy

From 2017 until the coronavirus crisis hit earlier this year, Nealon has filmed himself hiking with celebrities ranging from Caitlyn Jenner to Michael Keaton to Kristen Bell to Lin-Manuel Miranda for his unscripted YouTube series Hiking with Kevin. Now Nealon and former Modern Family executive producer Danny Zuker are teaming on a half-hour scripted comedy inspired by his celebrity hikes for TBS, reports Deadline, which has no other details on the potential series. Nealon's YouTube series has attracted nearly 20 million views, but the pandemic has prevented him from filming new celebrity hikes.
