Kaitlyn Dever and Jonathan Tucker to star in Hulu's Monsterland anthology series

Dever, who's coming off of her critically acclaimed Unbelievable Netflix performance, will join City on a Hill and Snowfall vet Tucker in an anthology series that Hulu describes "as encounters with mermaids, fallen angels and other strange beasts drive broken people to desperate acts in an attempt to repair their lives, ultimately showing there is a thin line between man and monster." Monsterland is based on North American Lake Monsters, a collection of short stories by Nathan Ballingrud.
