Jessica Lange is coming back for American Horror Story: Apocalypse

Sarah Paulson revealed at the TV press tour that Lange will reprise her Season 1 Murder House role of Constance on the Apocalypse season's sixth episode. “I have the great pleasure of letting you all know, yes, she will be back,” Paulson said. “Jessica will be returning as Constance in an episode I’m going to direct.” Lange last appeared on American Horror Story Season 4 Freak Show season. During the press tour session, it was also revealed that Evan Peters will join Paulson in directing an episode this season. Executive producer Alexis Martin Woodall also offered some details of the Apocalypse season. “I’m just going to say one thing: The story begins with the end of the world, and then our world begins,” Woodall said. “It starts in the real world. It’s very tangible, and it’s a familiar hammock.”
